Who is it for?
This programme is for leaders responsible for implementing the approach across their organisation, school, organisation or service.
What will I learn?
You will deepen your understanding and develop your practice in:
- Leading implementation of the approach and ongoing training across your organisation
- Developing an expert group of staff to help children develop the skills they need for life
- Developing policies and teaching resources that align with the approach
How is it delivered?
This programme can be delivered in full or half-day sessions. Participants are encouraged to bring learning from their own organisation back to the group.
