Empowerment Approach Specialist Programme
Who is it for?
Our specialist programme is designed for those working intensively with individual children and young people who struggle to regulate their behaviour.
What will I learn?
- The theoretical underpinnings of the Empowerment Approach
- Using the tools and models to support long-term change
- Developing your coaching skills to help children understand their needs and develop strategies for future success
How is it delivered?
The Specialist Programme is designed as a series of modules which, over time, will build up to the full Empowerment Approach Specialist Programme. Once all modules are completed, participants can submit their learning and apply to become an Empowerment Approach Specialist. Modules can also be taken as stand-alone CPD.
