Discover the neurobiology that lies behind difficulties such as attention control, memory and emotional regulation.

Learn how to respond to these difficulties in ways that supports children's self-esteem and increases motivation.

A new, research-based approach to managing and improving challenging behaviour which empowers teachers and children alike.

The programme helps newly-qualified staff to understand the neuroscience behind challenging behaviour. It provides practical solutions and teaches simple tools to help teachers support children with issues such as:

The Empowerment approach
for NQTs & early career teachers
​
Getting off to a good start
For people who have already learned the principles and models of the Empowerment Approach and are now looking to develop their expertise and skills.
​
This programme is designed for those who work with children and young people on a 1-1 basis, such as SENCOs, pastoral managers and teaching assistants.
​
Working in a small group, participants will have plenty of time to practise and hone their skills to coach children to success.
​
This programme carries the option of accreditation and will include elements of assessment to demonstrate that Empowerment Approach Specialists really know their stuff.
